Walk-ins are welcome. Please be aware that not all therapists are available at all times.

Clinic Etiquette
ALLONE holistic clinic offers you a quiet and tranquil environment that supports the healing process. We kindly request that you respect the environment by speaking softly, turning off cell phones and other electronic devices and by arriving on time.
We want to ensure that you are comfortable at all times. Some treatments require partial undress. Please speak to us if you have any questions or concerns.
We welcome your comments. All of your comments help us improve our service to you.

Cancellation Policy
We greatly appreciate that you notify us of your cancellation at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment
Please be aware that you may be charged 100% of the treatment price for appointments not cancelled or cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.
If you are late for an appointment you will be charged the full appointment although receiving less treatment due to lateness.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are available for individual therapy packages. The packages are an excellent value. For more details see Packages & Specials.
The gift certificates are popular gifts for birthdays, Valentine’s day, Mother’s and Father’s day, Christmas - any time you wish to give the gift of health and well-being.

Extended Health Insurance Plans
Registered Massage Therapy RMT, Shiatsu, Acupuncture, and Nutritional Consulting are frequently covered by employee benefits.
Each employer benefit plan is different. Some plans impose yearly limits, some per-visit limits, and others impose both. Most plans do not require a doctor’s referral, but some do, especially for an RMT. Check your insurance plan for coverage.
We provide all necessary receipts for insurance companies to reimburse the cost of treatment. All you need is to submit the required documents (the original receipt from the treatment, with practitioner’s name and license number).
Please do not hesitate to ask us for assistance. If you are in doubt about your insurance coverage, bring your policy with you, and we will contact your insurer to pre-approve the reimbursement of your treatments.
