Bio

 

Kim joins AllOne with over 10 year’s managerial experience in recruitment & selection, dispute resolution, employee engagement and training. She puts together a great team that encourages job ownership and freedom to try new ideas.

 

Her passion is improving productivity and organization. She plays to her natural strength by proactively identifying areas of weakness, and then creates and implements corrective strategies.

 

She earned her Human Resource Management/Business Administration Diploma at Durham College. During this time she obtained the Highest Ranking Award for all two-year students, subsequently being on the President’s Honour Roll for all 3 years.  

 

Later at Durham College she went on to earn Certificates in Dispute Resolution, as well as Teaching and Training Adults. 

 

With over 15 year’s experience co-managing a family business and raising her children, she arranged time to volunteer in community based education and public speaking.  Eventually this led her to become a member of Toastmaster’s.

 

She also takes pride in her three years volunteering on the Program Committee of Human Resources Professional Association of Ontario – Durham Chapter until her recent move to Toronto.
